Our Pink Champagne High Tea is served on luxury fine-china and takes place in our air-conditioned “Space like a Benediction” Room. This inner space at Picoplat Home, is named after an original fretwork masterpiece by Jasmine Thomas Girvan - Caribbean artist extraordinaire, which is displayed in this room. This work of art also features verses from Caribbean poets - Martin Carter and Derek Walcott.

• Your choice of 3 sweet and 3 savory selections from our menu.

• Cream cheese roll, covered in sesame, chia seeds, dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds, with crackers

• Beverage selection: Glass of Prosecco, fresh juice bar and tea selection

• House-made coconut mousse

• Pot of honey, included

Bookings are TT$350 per person
